Jeff is an experience trial attorney and routinely tries cases to verdict. Jeff primarily focuses his practice on workers’ compensation claims, workplace injuries and personal injury matters. Jeff has handled a wide array of personal injury cases, from automobile and motorcycle crashes, to workplace falls and premises liability.

Many times, Jeff’s workers’ compensation cases have spawned additional litigation, focusing on the negligence of third parties, including medical malpractice. Often these third party liability claims involve workers' compensation claims that routinely involve liens, and sometimes very significant, wage and medical liens asserted on the third party liability claim which must necessarily be resolved at the time of settlement or verdict on the third party liability claim. Jeff’s broad experience in that area allows him to identify when such claims are appropriate.
